Satisfactory stay with minor issues
good location train station excellent staff scaffolding early work broken lift
The hotel has a really good location and is close to the train station. The hotel building looks clean. The staff were great and excellent.
I didn't know about the scaffolding. The building work started early at 8.00am. I was on the 4th floor and the lift was broken on my first day so I used the service lift.

The location was great. it was central and made exploring the city easy. the staff were cute.
The basic rooms were really basic. there was not much room in them. the bathroom floor was dirty. Also the inside of the doorframe was badly finished.

surprisingly charming stay!
spacious room excellent location great breakfast
the room was spacious and included a sleeping area plus a separate lounge area! tvs were in both areas. the location was perfect, a quick three minute walk from the central train station. the breakfast was excellent, a really great start to the day.
i wasn't aware of building work. scaffolding was present around the hotel, impacting the view from my window.

A Bit Disappointing. Honestly?
outdated room malfunctioning tv
The breakfast did its job. I got enough to start the day.
The room I got looked quite old and cramped. I think they need to update it urgently. The TV didn't work, some floorboards were loose and creaked, and the window didn't close properly, honestly.

friendly staff good variety obstructed view warm room cracked tile
the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
my room faced scaffolding making the view obstructed. the air conditioning was not working efficiently resulting in a warm room. the bathroom was dated with some cracked tiles.

healthy options breakfast lounge slow drain poor gym
the breakfast lounge was nice i liked the healthy options. i was able to park easily this was a bonus because parking is limited.
the shower drained slowly i was ankle deep in water. the gym looked like a spare room from the 1980s it was not good.

excellent stay
tea facilities coffee facilities clothes closet comfortable bed
the room included tea and coffee facilities. it also featured a hairdryer and a clothes closet. i found complimentary wifi available (it worked very well). a tv was also present. the bed was very comfortable.
the lift was quite slow. i did not find it particularly efficient. it could benefit from an upgrade.

the staff was attentive and friendly upon my arrival. they were very helpful with directions. they were also quick to respond to requests (i needed extra towels). overall, i found their service really good.
