The hotel has a really good location and is close to the train station. The hotel building looks clean. The staff were great and excellent.

I didn't know about the scaffolding. The building work started early at 8.00am. I was on the 4th floor and the lift was broken on my first day so I used the service lift.

The location was great. it was central and made exploring the city easy. the staff were cute.

The basic rooms were really basic. there was not much room in them. the bathroom floor was dirty. Also the inside of the doorframe was badly finished.

the room was spacious and included a sleeping area plus a separate lounge area! tvs were in both areas. the location was perfect, a quick three minute walk from the central train station. the breakfast was excellent, a really great start to the day.

i wasn't aware of building work. scaffolding was present around the hotel, impacting the view from my window.

The breakfast did its job. I got enough to start the day.

The room I got looked quite old and cramped. I think they need to update it urgently. The TV didn't work, some floorboards were loose and creaked, and the window didn't close properly, honestly.
